I am extremely grateful for the work of Angela and her partner Orlando. Because of their efforts, I was able to sell my home for well-above the asking price, and within five days. When we first put our house on the market, there were a couple of loose ends to tie up. We needed to fix a paintjob, make minor repairs and move furniture to showcase the house’s strengths. My husband and I were fully expecting to be on our own when taking care of these details. Our last home had been sold twenty years prior and our realtor was only involved in closing the deal. Angela and Orlando spent hours with us on a weekend, took the initiative of fixing a poor paint job. They took care of us like we were family. When it came to finalizing the deal and reviewing offers, Angela was with us into the night to make sure we felt comfortable accepting or rejecting offers that were presented to us. She was honest, forthright and available. When we purchased our new home, she was equally available to show us the home, document the contents of the home so that we would know what fixtures we could expect to remain, and she followed up with the sellers.
